I often receive emails asking how my weekly workout plan looks like. So I have decided to share it with you all through this post. This is my ultimate plan for workout. So I should not have too many home making tasks such as taking care of an ill kid staying at home from school or making a dinner for a party at home. All busy housewives know exactly what I’m trying to say. I organize my workout plan at the best time and give first priority to exercise. My workout schedule obviously is a weekly based one.
I have divided my weight training into 5 workouts a week while giving attention on each smaller muscle group. I often do it separately for biceps and triceps. When it comes to cardio, I should do it 5 times a week. It doesn’t a matter for me as I am a going to a workout training class. I do it with my gym-mates at least 4 times a week. After getting back pain only I realized the importance of back exercises. In the morning I workout with back rowing machine for 3 sets of 12 reps and wide lat pulls for 3 sets of 12 reps.
